PVC or polyvinyl chloride is one of the most expensive products in the petrochemical industry and is used in various fields. In recent years, with the advancement of knowledge and technology, this product is being taken as a replacement for traditional construction materials such as cement, ceramic, etc. Takht-e Jamshid Company has taken the lead in the production of PVC ceiling and wall sheets in Iran.
To achieve increased product strength, BTJ products generally consist of PVC and additives. It also uses ASA coating as the strongest anti-UV material and is accompanied with granular paint to be injected on PVC sheet.
As outer covering of the sheets, ASA is a kind of strong anti-UV material to protect the paint and the product itself. It has been resulted from research projects of reputable laboratories around the world.
Notable features of this coating include no heat absorption, sound insulation, no corrosion in humid and rainy areas, anti-acidic (salt, base, acid), ease of installation, no abrasion and light weight.
BTJ products are divided into two categories
